  • What is a shadow box?
    A shadow box is a 3D glass frame that can display items that hold a significant value to you; it is the perfect decor to add to your home to elevate your space and a great addition to your gallery wall to give a little twist.
  • What is the return policy?
    All personalized products displayed on the website are final sales.
  • What happened if my product (s) arrived damaged?
    We take great care to ensure that your purchase arrived safely, however, we know accidents can happen. If any items arrived damaged or broken, in less than 48 hours after receiving your package, please send a picture of the item in the package box. Once the original package is shipped back to us and received, it will be fixed and shipped back free of charge.
  • Do you require a deposit to start a project?
    Yes, before reaching a mutual agreement on the services being offered, a 50 % non-refundable deposit is required, in addition to a signed contract.
  • How long does the customization process take?
    Depending on the complexity of your project; it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Remember, this is a personalized item uniquely designed for you. The earlier you book, the better it is. During holiday peak months, like January, February, May, June, November, and December. The processing time may take 6-8 weeks.
  • How long does it take you to ship products that do not require customization?
    All my pre-made designs are shipped within 2-5 business days after you made your purchase.
  • What is the maximum number of items I can send to be displayed?
    We are allowing three items maximum for our 16 by 20 frame. There must be enough space for designed and to bring personality to your project.
  • What is the address to send the sentimental items that I want to showcase and preserve?
    Once a mutual agreement and a non-refundable 50 % deposit are made along with a signed contract, the address will be disclosed.
  • How will I track my order status?
    After shipping out your package, I will provide you with a tracking number.
